Ducting
We fabricate and install sheet metal and flexible ductwork sized for the actual room it is serving, not pulled off a generic sizing chart. We also fix ducting that was installed wrong the first time.

Chillers
We supply and install chiller units for villas, buildings and plant rooms, along with the pipe work, pumps and controls that make the system run as one unit. For chillers already in place, we handle servicing and repairs.

Fans
Kitchen extract fans, bathroom and toilet ventilation, parking garage jet fans, and stairwell pressurisation fans for fire safety. We also maintain fans that are already installed.

Wiring, distribution panels, lighting circuits and power points for new builds, renovations and commercial fit-outs. We work out the load the building will actually draw.
